This rule is one of the most important in Blackjack. At most online tables you are allowed to split your aces. It is better not to play at tables that do not allow this.

Blackjack table pays 3 to 2

A blackjack table that pays 3 to 2 is always better than a table that pays 6 to 5. At a 3 to 2 table, you get paid 3 for every 2 dollars you bet (odds 1.5 to 1). A 6-to-5 table pays $6 for every $5 you bet (odds 1.2:1). At a 3:2 table, the edge of the house is about 0.5%. At a 6:5 table, the edge of the house is almost 2%. This should be a top priority when choosing an online table.

Single deck pays 3 to 2

In land-based casinos, it is almost impossible to find a blackjack game with a single pack of cards that pays 3 to 2. Online, on the other hand, things look much better. There are a few variations that allow for both rules

Dealer hits on soft 17

This rule should be avoided if possible. The house edge increases by 0.2 percent from "dealer stands on soft 17" to "dealer hits on soft 17". Not really a big change in odds. But one that can make a difference.

In "Dealer stands on soft 17", the croupier must always count an ace with eleven points, unless he would exceed the value of 21 in this way. Only then does he count the ace with one point. If, for example, the croupier has an ace and a six, he must count the ace as eleven and the hand as seventeen points and may not draw another card.

Blackjack table pays 6 to 5

There is no compromise on this rule. If you manage your bankroll well, you cannot play at a table that pays 6 to 5.
